OPS 118: ITL4

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding  of the ITL4 framework . It covers the key concept , principle, and practices of IT service management. ITL4 foundation introduces an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of technology-enabled product and service.

This course provides IT leaders, practitioner, support stuff and stuff interfacing with organization’s digital and information systems function with a practical understanding of key concepts, common language, principles and practices that enable successful management of modern IT-enabled service.
